Artist's Biography

Jeff Cain is an artist whose work is based in interdisciplinary research.  He represents and creates moments of material and social transformation through digital media, public projects, and other do-it-yourself forms.  Under his studio the Shed Research Institute, his work has been presented at the Getty Center, LACMA, SFMOMA, Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions, the Havana Biannual, and many site-specific locations.  Jeff has an MFA in Art and Integrated Media at CalArts and is full-time faculty at Whittier College.
